PITTSBURGH--Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. (“Evoqua Water Technologies” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 27,777,777 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share. Of those shares, the Company is selling 8,333,333 shares and certain stockholders of the Company are selling 19,444,444 shares. The selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,166,666 shares. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders, including from any exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares.
Shares of the Company’s common stock are expected to begin trading on November 2, 2017 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “AQUA.” The offering is expected to close on November 6, 2017, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint lead book-running managers in the offering. Citigroup and Goldman Sachs & Co.
