PITTSBURGH & MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Evoqua Water Technologies Corp. (NYSE: AQUA) today announced it has acquired privately held IsH20Top (pronounced “isotope”) Group, a Quebec-based provider of high-purity water treatment equipment and systems, equipment maintenance services and service deionization. The acquisition strengthens Evoqua’s Canadian service capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
IsH20Top serves the ultrapure pharmaceutical, laboratory, medical, university, industrial and microelectronics markets in the Quebec region. It provides its customer base with a variety of solutions including reverse osmosis, deionized water systems and steam purification.
